Important notice
Housing help does not own or manage housing units. We support individuals and families in their housing search by providing guidance, resources, and personalized assistance, especially for those who may not have access to technology or need help navigating online listings. Our team helps clients explore available rental options using public platforms and connects them with community resources, housing programs, and support services. While we do not provide financial assistance or control rental prices or availability, we offer advocacy, tenant education, application support, and referrals to help clients better navigate the housing system and work toward stable housing.

We currently serve low- to moderate-income people in the following wards:

  •  Barrhaven West
  • 4 Kanata North
  • 5 West Carleton-March
  • 6 Stittsville
  • 7 Bay
  • 8 College
  • 9 Knoxdale-Merivale
  • 14 Somerset
  • 15 Kitchissippi
  • 21 Rideau-Jock
  • 23 Kanata South
  • 24 Barrhaven – East
