Important Service Update
To ensure the safety of its employees and clients, Action Housing continues to adopt social contact reduction practices and partial reopening protocols. Face-to-face services will be offered by appointment only. Please note that our staff members are not currently working in person at satellite locations, but are continuing to accept referrals from these service locations.
If you are a new client and are trying to access our services, please call 613-563-4532 and leave a detailed message; we will return your call within 24 business hours. Please ensure to clearly leave your full name and a phone number where you can be reached, as well as a general description of your issue. Please be advised that call backs may come from a private number.
If you walk in we can’t guarantee that a caseworker will be able to see you, as we work by appointment only. It depends upon availability.
If you are a Worker in the community please note we will not call back a client without their consent, they must be the one to reach out to us for services.
If you are an existing client, and need to contact your caseworker, please dial their extension if you know it. If not please call 613-563-4532 and leave a detailed message at general reception; please ensure to clearly leave your full name and a phone number where you can be reached, as well as a general description of your issue, and remember to mention your caseworker by name. Your message will be relayed and your caseworker will contact you shortly. Please be advised that call backs may come from a private number
